SAP S/4HANA Process Record to Report Manager

We’re expanding our team to support SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. We’re hiring a Process Record to Report Manager to work on SAP projects for our clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact for clients and your own development.

What your days will look like

• Providing leadership and functional consulting within SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Proactively assisting in client management, reporting to Senior Manager or Director level.
• Assisting in the management and control of client engagements.
• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for clients.
• Supporting the Senior Managers/Directors across areas of Record to Report such as Financial Accounting, Intercompany and Consolidation, depending on project scope and lifecycle.
• Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing output.
• Shaping and delivering projects to meet client expectations and quality criteria.
• Influencing clients’ use of automation/iRPA.

Qualifications and requirements

• Significant experience in SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance consulting.
• Knowledge of best practices in GL Accounting, Period End Close (Fast Close), Fixed Assets, Consolidation and Intercompany.
• Experience in Treasury and Tax Compliance and Reporting; knowledge of statutory, fiscal and legal requirements in local markets.
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP ECC FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance implementations with understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in process design and process improvement.
• Team lead experience of 2–4 people.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• An accounting background or qualification is beneficial but not essential.
