Are you looking for a challenging, varied, dynamic role? Do you want to do something refreshing, exciting, and rewarding? We are looking for a versatile, fun and multi skilled person for this position. This is a varied and fulfilling role which involves the following:

Day-to-day administrative tasks – email inbox management, answering phone calls, making travel arrangements

Finance Administration duties, budget monitoring, and processing invoices/expenses

Providing administrative support to the Heads of Departments

Involved in organising social events and staff recognition programs
-
Reconciliation of credit card bills and reports
-
Provide support for a wide range of meetings including preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes.

Provide a high-quality secretarial and organisational support service
No day is the same, from desk-based tasks to operational involvement on the park! You could be arranging meetings, booking flights, or sourcing props at short notice to buying costumes for Halloween, Christmas, and other events and projects.
We are open to days/hours worked in this role, this role could be flexible around school hours, please include your preferences in your cover letter

Previous experience in an administrative role, working to deadlines.

Previous experience in the leisure industry is preferable.

Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
