Job Description THE BRAND TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the Brands have over 2 million customers across the globe through the ASOS platform and generate brand sales of c£200m. Powerful, Playful, and Progressive, the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands have creativity and innovation at their core. Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone cross-functional team within ASOS dedicated to unlocking the huge growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. The brands will now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands. The next 12 months will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence with the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships. Topshop is synonymous with accessible fashion, but we must increase brand awareness with our core customer. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Performance Media professional to lead, drive, and execute our Paid Media strategy across PPC & Paid Social for Topshop to build brand excitement, customer acquisition, and loyalty for the iconic TOPSHOP/TOPMAN brands. THE ROLE The role is based in our London HQ and reports to the Global Marketing Director for Topshop & Topman. You will support our full funnel marketing activities and collaborate with design, product, and trading teams. This newly created role, supported by the wider ASOS Paid Teams, focuses on strategy and execution of Paid Social and PPC campaigns globally to drive traffic, sales, and new customers to TSTM products and Topshop.com later this year, aligning with business goals and KPIs. You’ll manage full funnel activities across channels including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and others, responsible for profitable spend and evaluation of a multi-million-pound budget. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure best-in-class deployment of campaigns, develop best practices, and support growth on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, and beyond. You’ll also work with ASOS Affiliate teams to support growth and transition to Topshop.com. This role involves strategic execution and management across markets, collaborating with multiple functions to optimize paid media campaigns for profitability. What You\’ll be Doing… Delivering channel performance against strategic objectives across markets, focusing on full-funnel acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Developing best practices for testing and scaling mid and upper funnel activities across social channels. Managing a Paid Social Assistant. Planning cross-channel full funnel paid social campaigns supporting business priorities. Executing media experiments to drive growth and scale media investments. Establishing organic social boosting as a recurring activity. Improving team processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with internal and external teams including creative, insight, trade, martech, and brand. Managing external paid social platforms and tech partners effectively. Developing and implementing paid social and PPC strategies aligned with marketing goals and budgets. Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc. Managing GMC for markets, troubleshooting feed issues, and setting up promotions. Monitoring budgets and forecasting to maximize ROAs. Monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance, and providing reports with insights and recommendations. Designing and executing A/B tests for optimization. Staying updated with PPC trends, updates, and new features. Who we\’d like to meet… Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven success managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns. Experience with SA360, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok. Experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, UAC, YouTube, Google Analytics. Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape. Passion for retail with a commercial mindset. Excel expertise; Looker experience is a bonus. Experience managing teams, including training and development. Hands-on, detail-oriented management style. European market experience or language skills preferred. Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
