Expert Construction are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist in the provision of quantity surveying services under the guidance of the Managing Quantity Surveyor for our Dungiven based Client. Working with a highly committed and experienced team, this is an outstanding opportunity to build your career within a dynamic Construction environment.
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Estimating and Cost Planning: Collaborate on estimating and cost planning activities.
- Procurement Advice: Provide guidance on procurement strategies.
- Tender Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- Tender Reporting: Contribute to tender evaluation and reporting.
- Contract Administration and Cost Control: Support in contract administration and cost control procedures.
- Interim Valuations: Assist in the preparation of interim valuations.
- Cost Reporting: Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting.
- Final Account Preparation: Assist in the preparation of final accounts.
- Contract and Dispute Advice: Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution.
Applicants should have at least one year / Placement year experience, have a willingness to learn and improve, and will be capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
