Are you passionate about helping students succeed in maths? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Maths Tutor to provide tailored support to a student in a school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's education.
About the Role:
- Provide individualised maths tuition to a student who requires additional support.
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure targeted learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the student's learning style and needs.

- Location - Braintree
- Position - one to one tutor
- Type of work - Contract

- Duration / Likely Duration - dependent on each student

- Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on availability
- Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £25 per hour
- Hours - Working hours can differentiate, minimum 1 hour per session and a maximum of 3 hours per session
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
- 6 months+ experience working in a UK school
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process one.
