My client is seeking a dedicated Contract Support/Receptionist to join their team in Cheadle area on a temporary basis until October. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the site.
Key duties include:
- Logging reactive jobs using Maximo
- Managing communication with site stakeholders
- Overseeing badge management for visitors and staff
- Handling contractor inductions
- Organising documents
- Sending emails regarding corrective actions
- Collecting responses and updating the original tracker
- Interpreting data and collating it into presentation templates
- Assisting the QHSE team with risk assessments and other related tasks
The position offers a competitive pay rate of £15 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay.
