m2r Education is seeking online Chemistry tutors with excellent experience to teach students overseas. These are ongoing assignments, and you will teach students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. This role offers flexibility for teachers who want to teach online at times that suit their needs. You must be flexible working across different time zones.
Experience teaching Chemistry at the Undergraduate level is ESSENTIAL. Ideally, 5 years of full-time university teaching experience within the US, where English is the medium of communication. Recognised teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS) are required.
Willingness to create lesson plans and provide timely feedback is essential. An enhanced DBS on the update service or police clearance certificate is necessary. A robust internet connection is required. Candidates should be patient, flexible, highly motivated, extremely professional, and customer-focused.
Start dates are ongoing. The hourly rate will vary depending on the assignment, your qualifications, and experience.
To tutor for m2r Education, ALL tutors MUST provide proof of teaching qualifications, ID, birth certificate/change of name, current DBS/police checks, and contact details for two professional references, one of which must be your current employer. You must also be enrolled in the DBS update service if you live or have lived in the UK and have completed safeguarding training in the last 12 months. We can provide access to an online course if needed.
