Currently partnering with a market leading applied technology services provider to support a prominent well-respected Insurance company in their search for a Test Manager. The successful candidate will manage policy and data governance, lead testing and UAT coordination, communicate with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and act as the primary testing liaison ensuring data integrity and team support.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage policies related to reinsurance, claims, and Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) for trade codes, broker codes, NAICS, and addresses, ensuring integration across applications with end-to-end data flow knowledge.
- Perform data analysis and testing to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and business stakeholders to support collaboration and issue resolution.
- Develop and manage test plans and strategies, guiding the testing team throughout execution.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Monitor project status, track progress, and conduct reviews and audits as required.
- Ensure testers have appropriate system access and resolve related issues promptly.
- Act as the main contact for testing, triage defects, clarify test steps, and provide regular updates to project leadership.

- General Insurance background in UK & Data projects experience
