Staffing Match is recruiting for a Goods In Warehouse Clerk to join a dynamic warehouse operation. This role is key in supporting administrative duties related to stock control, goods in, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess good PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and be willing to learn WMS systems. We are looking for someone who is organized, can multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced environment without frustration.
Key Responsibilities as Goods In Warehouse Clerk - Warehouse Operations:- Set up and manage stock transfer requests to optimize availability and resolve stock issues.
- Handle transport bookings and resolve queries related to Goods In processes.
- Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks, including exception management and holiday bookings.
- Assist in resolving customer queries by collaborating with the Customer Service team.
- Conduct audits and control measures to ensure compliance with customer KPIs and SLAs.
- Perform stock integrity checks and P.I. counts within pick faces and storage locations.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Audit BBE dates and ensure proper stock rotation, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Previous experience with goods in, inventory, stock control, or warehouse administration.
- Strong proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask without frustration.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
