As a Chef de Rang, you will be passionate about delivering a great dining service to our guests. You will be dedicated to service excellence and inspire your team through your positive impact on the guest experience. You will provide consistent, excellent service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor, with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager to ensure high standards and professional service in our dining areas.
  • Deliver a memorable customer experience.
  • Assist with daily departmental operations and deputize in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu and be able to advise guests, including handling special requests.
  • Ensure all guest literature is up-to-date and have knowledge of calorific values and nutrition to assist guests with their choices.
