Reporting to the
Food and Beverage Managers, you will be attentive and have a passion for
service excellence and detail. Within the Bulgari Hotel London, you could be
working in Private Events, In Room Dining or within our Restaurant &
Lounge. You will be flexible to work between all areas. You will be impeccable
in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be authentic and
genuine.

What we are looking
for

The ideal candidate
will have a passion for food and beverage and a good understanding of food
safety and hygiene. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional
qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in
your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service
environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality
industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic
yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our
guests being one of your greatest assets.
