This role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within this established service and it is essential that you have experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team as you will be working with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Speech and Language Therapists, assistant practitioners and other rehabilitation assistants to provide follow up rehabilitation programmes and support for patients.
