Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Chef Manager to come and join our teams in Sainsbury's kiosk in Newcastle Heaton, Etherstone Avenue, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE7 7JW, paying up to £13.25 per hour.

- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies

- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Be highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications: Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
