Our client is a reputable and established law firm with offices located across London. We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support their busy operations team. This position will be based in their beautifully appointed West London offices, offering excellent transport links and surrounded by boutique shops and local amenities.
Candidates applying should have previous office administration experience and possess strong IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the directors and wider team with administrative needs
- Assisting with legal administration tasks and document preparation
- Dealing with incoming calls and responding to emails
- Manage archiving and file organisation, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Booking internal and external meetings
- Assisting with office management duties, procurement of office suppliers and liaising with external suppliers
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a team-player mindset
