We’re seeking a visionary Chief Creative Officer to set the creative course for our agency. You will lead and inspire our in-house creative team, define brand strategies, and oversee the development of standout content and campaigns. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as a key partner in shaping our agency’s direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Define and champion the agency’s creative vision, ensuring consistency across all client engagements. Mentor and manage a diverse team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and producers.
  • Brand & Strategy Development: Collaborate with Account and Strategy leads to translate client objectives into compelling brand narratives. Guide the development of brand identities, messaging frameworks, and visual systems.
  • Content & Campaign Oversight: Oversee end-to-end execution of multimedia campaigns (video, digital, social, experiential). Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Innovation & Trends: Keep a pulse on emerging platforms, formats, and storytelling techniques. Advocate for experimentation and creative excellence within the agency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in a senior creative leadership role within a media, advertising, or content-production environment. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong grasp of digital platforms, social media best practices, and video production workflows.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable pitching big ideas to executive-level clients. Ability to coach, inspire, and grow creative talent in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Creative Vision: Deep understanding of storytelling, visual design principles, and brand-driven content. Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail and deadline management.
