Home based covering the UK £55,000k – £73,00k basic salary Up to 30% bonus Company car Healthcare 25 days holiday Company Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of fleet vehicle management services and has the experience and expertise to build rental and mobility solutions for companies across the UK and beyond. 2025 is a pivotal year for their growth aspirations within the commercial vehicle space. With a defined strategy in place to increase their LCV fleet size by 50% in the not too distant future. Rest assured, this is not an opportunity to be missed! Role This role will suit a consultancy expert skilled in providing commercial vehicle advice to customers and prospects with fleets of all sizes. With the transition to EV, an understanding of this space will be vital. Alongside the consultancy you will be developing a small portfolio of specialist commercial vehicle accounts within contract hire/rental, split between public sector and corporate accounts with fleet sizes ranging from 50-500+. Using your technical knowledge of LCV’s you will question and consult with each account to make sure the fleet is fit for purpose. Manage and develop a business plan for each business-critical fleet. Continuously monitor, measure and adjust this plan with internal stakeholders and the customer. Person Experience selling and consulting within the commercial vehicle space will be essential here. Understanding of sales and customer buying cycles (new business and retention). Strong attention to detail, good communication and CRM skills to inform multiple departments of the commercial vehicle rental pipeline. Work closely with the wider fleet team around the additional commercial vehicle requirements across their clients. Have credibility and knowledge to be the major source of discussing vehicle options with both Corporate and SME customers.
