Key Responsibilities as an NPI Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process across multiple departments.
- Maintain and track detailed project plans from concept through to product launch.
- Collaborate with key teams (Marketing, Quality, Finance, NPD, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor project milestones and address any risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and timely sign-offs at each stage.
- Drive best practices in project management and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Lead change control reviews and manage stakeholder expectations.
Essential Requirements from an NPI Project Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a product or manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
- Strong planning and communication skills with the ability to report confidently on project progress.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
