About Cambian Pengwern College:

Cambian Pengwern College is a 52-week placement provision with a proud tradition of supporting students aged 16–25 with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, including challenging behaviours. The college aims to help students gain life skills, qualifications, and confidence to move towards independence. The Head of College and dedicated team are committed to expanding opportunities for a wider range of young people and adults as part of ongoing development.

About You:

Are you seeking a new challenge? This role is unique within the Care industry and involves supporting children to learn and develop life skills. It is both challenging and rewarding, requiring dedicated individuals passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children at Pengwern College.

No specific qualifications are necessary for this role, but a passion for helping children reach their potential is essential. The college offers the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification to support your career growth.

If you want to work with a highly specialist, proud, and integrated team that unlocks the potential of young people—who may challenge, trust, or move forward because of your support—then we would love to hear from you.

Cambian will conduct online safeguarding checks on shortlisted candidates to ensure suitability for working with children. These checks will be conducted by a panel member not involved in the appointment process, to avoid bias and discrimination, sharing only relevant findings.
