McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at the stunning estate Shackleton Place in Devizes.

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the Role

You will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Responsibilities include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, booking appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day will be diverse, allowing you to make a real difference using your people skills.

About You

You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support. You are passionate about improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team. You are committed to delivering excellent customer service. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
