Spare Parts Coordinator

We are recruiting for a SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR to work on-site at Omega, Warrington.

Your role in our team:

• Responsible for all materials required by the Maintenance Team (including mechanical and EIC spare parts, small parts, lubricants, tools, test equipment)
• Creation and tracking of material orders and deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness of goods received
• Periodic stock check and annual inventory of stored materials
• Creation of material-related analyses / key figures
• Support for the Maintenance Manager in preparation of cost estimates / budgets for material consumption

Ideal candidate profile:

• Relevant electrical and/or mechanical qualification and/or successful completion of dual training program as Electrician and/or Mechanic
• Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment or warehouse management
• Good technical understanding of mechanical / electrical components
• Prioritization skills in relation to processing orders to operational requirements
• Autonomous and solution-oriented method of working, and a sense of responsibility
