This is a newly created role within our Marketing and Pursuits team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. We have offices in central London (Blackfriars) and Croydon, and are open to candidates based in either location or working hybrid. The Marketing Manager will execute TSA Rileyβs integrated marketing strategy, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, events, and media across the UK&I. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
- Coordinate with regional teams and leaders for aligned marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute client events, sponsorships, and content strategies.
- Manage media strategies and promote thought leadership content.
Financial and Organizational Responsibilities:
- Manage the UK&I marketing budget and assess ROI.
- Design campaigns, optimize channels, and track performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Conduct SEO audits and content optimization.
- Manage marketing calendar and external relationships.
People and Culture:
- Collaborate with teams to execute marketing programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in management roles within digital marketing, content, or events, preferably in B2B sectors like property or infrastructure.
- Proven success in marketing campaigns, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong content creation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
- Data-driven with attention to detail.
