They are looking to hire a third team member to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads, focusing on mentorship and learning. This role offers progression and promotion opportunities tailored to individual growth. The Role Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching. Coordinate training administration, needs analysis, and planning with management. Provide feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress. Support onboarding with proactive feedback to enhance retention. Manage training programs and analyze their effectiveness. Candidate Profile At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions. Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals.
