Position summary
Lead together with the Country Director the business development of the wholesale key account business and strategic contemporary accounts in UKISH territory with the added responsibility of selected directional accounts from Ukish. Develop competitive & relevant Key Account Plans by channel, account and gender. Drive and manage, together with the Country Director, the wholesale channel and the network of independent agents in order to realize CAMPER business objectives & strategies. The role will help to drive sales, profitability and brand awareness in the market in accordance with the brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive joint key account plans for agreed on & offline key accounts.
- Specify the business goals and strategies per key account, the tools and resources needed to secure and accelerate sustainable growth, all in alignment with overall business strategic plan.
- Strengthen and improve KPIs for the key account business area in the territory through tactical and strategic recommendations.
- Continuous bench-marking activities through market and key account data analysis.
- Identify and deliver new Accounts in alignment with agreed objectives.
- Support in the Go to Market process and day-to-day business with the Agent Network.
- Drive and manage the wholesale business with long-term business objectives in mind and allocating them to each agent/area according to company's target.
- Maximize sales potential by geographical area managing, overseeing, aligning and coordinating agent's network.
- Propose market strategies in order to maximize sales potential by product category/distribution segmentation.
- Build a constructive and trustful relationship with account contacts by fully understanding the decision making process, account’s corporate objectives and strategies, financial performance and logistical process & deliveries.
Required
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
