One of Lynx's key clients are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team and support the business with its continued growth.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Management and employee relations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits including payroll.
  • Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage company ERP system and recruitment tools.
  • Onboarding of new employees.

We are looking for candidates who have a CIPD Level 5 Qualification. This is a small team, looking to grow, you will have 1 report at the moment.
