We\’re looking for a reliable and well presented Receptionist to provide ad-hoc Reception cover at my clients prestigious showroom in Hindhead. 📍 Location: Hindhead, Surrey 🕒 Hours: Ad-hoc shifts 💰 Competitive hourly rate of £12.50ph 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, transfer calls to the correct departments, and take messages when necessary. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and showroom are tidy and presentable at all times. Inventory Management: Keep track of promotional materials and ensure they are readily available for customers.✅ What We\’re Looking For: Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience (preferred) Confident, calm, and courteous under pressure Flexible and available at short notice Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic admin tasks🚗 Why Join Us?
