Housing Officer South Devon (hybrid working) 37 hours per week  3 month contract, potential extension £15.50 – £20 per hour Working in the Tenancy Service, including providing intensive housing management to residents to maintain their accommodation You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to tenants, working directly with them to ensure they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement and investigate issues as they arise.  You’ll also carry out a full range of Estate Management tasks, including inspections, visits, meetings and partnership work. Main duties will include lettings and allocations, sign-ups, management of voids and tenancy terminations, Tenancy and Estates Management, ASB (antisocial behaviour), tenancy sustainment You will need to have access to your own vehicle for this role, mileage will be paid for visits.
