Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning.
Provide insight through financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision‑making.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to evaluate performance and business cases.
Lead improvements in financial reporting processes and systems.
Support a smooth and efficient audit process.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Prepare and present regular management reports to senior leadership.
Lead and contribute to finance and cross‑functional projects supporting business growth and transformation.
Profile
A successful Group Finance Manager should have:
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholder.
