Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a 4D Modeller located in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with some work-from-home flexibility. The 4D Modeller will be responsible for developing and managing 4D models, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of model data, and integrating project schedules with 3D models.

Daily tasks will include creating simulations, collaborating with site engineers and designers, and providing technical support as well as identifying programme clashes. This will be hosted and presented by the candidate to the site team, so a proactive and confident nature is essential.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be UK based and willing to travel to the Informed Engineering offices 3 days per week (Stratford upon Avon)
• Permanent staff role only
• Civil Engineering HND / degree or similar
• Expert CAD user (5 year experience)
• Experience on major Construction projects
• Synchro 4D experience
• Strong Communication skills with the confidence to speak out and challenge where necessary
• Ability to work effectively on-site and at home, self sufficiently
• Strong understanding of PAS 1192, BS 1192 and ISO 19650
• Professionally qualified (or working towards)
