Senior Facilities Manager

We’re proud to be partnering with Ashdown Phillips, a leading name in the retail property sector, to recruit a Facilities Manager for Houndshill Shopping Centre, Blackpool’s premier retail destination.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities management professional to take the lead at a high-profile, customer-facing location.

The opportunity:

• Take full responsibility for the operational management of a flagship retail centre
• Oversee core functions including maintenance, security, compliance, and service contracts
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing on-site team
• Collaborate closely with tenants, service partners, and senior stakeholders
• Champion service excellence, efficiency, and performance standards across the board

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in facilities management within retail, commercial, or similarly demanding environments
• Demonstrates confident leadership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Is comfortable managing budgets, service charge expenditure, and commercial contracts
• Brings a hands-on attitude and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards
