Where will you be working? Aviation – Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Assist licensed electricians with installations and maintenance on transport and aviation facilities airport terminals and airfield lighting systems etc. Learn to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Pull wire, install conduit and cable trays, set up electrical panels, and wire control systems. Help install airside lighting, emergency systems, access control, and grounding equipment. Perform general site work. Follow strict safety and security protocols, especially when working in regulated environments like airports. Attend classroom instruction if part of a registered apprenticeship program. Maintain tools, PPE, and safety equipment. What You’ll Bring High school diploma (required.) Must be 16 years or older. Valid driver’s license or dependable transportation (essential due to travel to job sites.) Strong interest in electrical systems and infrastructure development. Willingness to learn and follow industry and safety standards. Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain access clearance. Ability to work at heights, in enclosed spaces, or near active transport systems Willing to work outdoors, and standing for long periods. Basic knowledge of hand/power tools. What’s in it for you?
