Your Opportunity: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Manager – Aseptic Training to work in Australia and lead our new Aseptic Training Programme. Working across Manufacturing, Engineering, Trades, Quality and Senior Leaders, you will set up and manage a comprehensive aseptic training programme to implement high standards in aseptic competencies to ensure robust Sterility Assurance standards at Australia's largest pharmaceutical site. Managing a team of Aseptic Trainers, you will help plan, budget, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement the aseptic training programme and develop innovative strategies to enhance our training program and align with the broader company goals. Your Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Services, Filling, you will:

  • Develop, plan, direct, and oversee the aseptic training program to ensure compliance and high performance.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sterility Assurance (SA) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to develop and update training content.
  • Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement strategies to enhance training quality.
  • Facility Owner of Aseptic Training Centre ensuring training centre can be utilised for all training needs as defined by the aseptic training program.
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including providing career development planning and opportunities.
  • Actively engage with trainees, making their learning experience memorable and impactful.

Your Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of Good Aseptic Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Gowning, and Training Development.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following; Manufacturing, Quality or Sterility Assurance.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in science/engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience with training delivery and program development is highly desirable.
