The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We're working with a large retail business recruiting for category managers, trading managers, and pricing and promotion managers. However, you do need to have come from a category wholesale background within retail!
Essentially, you will be responsible for making sure that the right product proposition, ranges, and promotions are offered to customers and that these are executed effectively.
- Support the overall delivery of the annual category sales and profit targets.
- Select an effective wholesale range and suggest any additional wholesale specific requirements where needed.
- Experience of working in a retail buying environment or a wholesale environment.
- Good commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to ideally start work within 1 month notice (the roles are 12 month contracts with the possibility of going permanent).
Please apply with a CV if you've worked in retail HQ or wholesale in trading, buying, category control, etc., and have the availability to travel to Manchester/NW England and can work in a hybrid offering 2 days per week in the offices. This will not suit someone who cannot travel to the location of work and is not suitable for someone with only in-store retail experience.
