I have an exciting opportunity to join a global market leader in Talent Innovation, with over 40 years of experience and 45+ billion data points powering their industry-leading insights. Their people analytics technology enables organisations to make smarter, data-driven talent decisions that drive real business results.
Join their fastest-growing global sales team as a Swedish-speaking Account Manager focused on the European mid-market. You’ll manage a portfolio of well-established accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Grow and Nurture Customer Relationships: Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. Build lasting business relationships by providing continuous solutions and advice tailored to client needs.
- Understand and Solve Client Challenges: Engage regularly with clients to uncover and understand their most pressing business and talent needs. Use your probing and listening skills to truly align with their objectives.
- Ignite New Opportunities: Use your insights and knowledge to identify and develop new sales avenues, contributing to business growth.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Take charge of the entire sales process from initial contact through to deal closure and post-sale service. Ensure a seamless, effective sales journey for each client.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical staff, to craft solutions that deliver on project commitments and exceed client expectations.
