We're looking for an NDT Technician to join a long-standing engineering team based in Oxford. This is a permanent role offering the chance to work on highly specialised components within a company known for precision and safety-critical products. You'll be part of a small but experienced group of technicians, working hands-on in a fast-paced production and test environment where attention to detail really matters.
We're ideally looking for someone with ASNT Level 1 or Level 2 certification and practical experience in non-destructive testing, particularly radiography. A background in aerospace, defence, or similarly high-integrity industries would be valuable, though not essential.
Day-to-day, your role will involve:
- Carrying out radiographic inspection (DR and CT) of mechanical assemblies
- Supporting testing and validation processes across production
- Interpreting results and ensuring compliance with strict technical standards
- Collaborating closely with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
- Keeping accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement
You'll need to be confident interpreting engineering drawings, method statements, and inspection criteria, and be comfortable working in a regulated environment where safety and process control are a priority.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time, enjoys working in a collaborative setting, and wants to be part of a business where their contribution really makes a difference.
If you're an NDT Technician looking for a new challenge in Oxford, we'd love to hear from you.
