We are seeking an M&E Supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our building maintenance services., * Supervision & Leadership: Lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide electrical expertise across the site, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting faults, and implementing solutions.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health & safety regulations, statutory compliance, and company standards.

  • Planning & Coordination: Oversee maintenance schedules, allocate resources effectively, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.

  • Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance, or a relevant discipline.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within the building maintenance or facilities management sector.
