Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational and administrative tasks related to the shipment and receipt of incoming supplies and finished products.
- Use the Synchro system to verify and maintain accurate records of all incoming shipments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of incoming materials.
- Address and resolve issues involving misdirected or incorrect deliveries.
- Oversee the location, allocation, and movement of all parts and products to meet internal and external order requirements.
- Inspect received materials for correct type and quantity, and report any missing, damaged, or faulty goods.
- Conduct monthly stock counts of finished goods and report results to senior management.
- Perform regular racking inspections.
- Ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained, keeping tools, materials, and equipment safe and secure.
- Support yard and hygiene area maintenance as required.
Requirements:
- A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is essential.
- Previous experience in order picking.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse equipment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Able to remain calm, confident, and logical under pressure, while responding with urgency when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
