Our high-quality, bespoke care services are delivered to adults, children, and young people with varying conditions including spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

You will be given the opportunity to build your career, your clinical, and management skills. This job requires you to work no bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

Covering Stafford and surrounding areas

Salary up to £43,940

Driving license is required

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, no weekend or bank holiday working

What you’ll be doing

  • You will be assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, clinical supervisions, and instructions using your clinical expertise and guidance.
  • You will work with healthcare workers at the point of care, which may include home, school, community, and day centres.
  • You will have the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience to interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments.
  • Part of this role will require you to take part in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
