Spinwell is recruiting for a Resource Management Operating Model Support for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OPERATING MODEL SUPPORT
- Support design and deliver stakeholder workshops to further understand the as-is operating model and define the vision and design principles
- Undertake desktop reviews of previous operating model material (from previous phases) to inform outputs
- Support development baseline for the as-is operating model, to include resource profile, spend and performance
- Review and refresh the case for change
- Support designing and deliver stakeholder workshops to explore the to-be operating model.
- Support development a high level operating model for review with senior stakeholders, outlining options considered by July 2025
- Develop a detailed baseline operating model for resource management by October 2025, to then enable engagement with the Master Vendor
- Support engagement with the chosen Master Vendor regarding the baseline detailed operating model and refine as required
- Identify interim improvements and operating model changes that can be made to deliver benefits in advance of the new resource management system being introduced
- Working to the Op Model Lead for Resource Management, to support the development of the future operating model for Resource Management, including consideration of structure, processes, roles and responsibilities, policy decisions and ways of working.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OPERATING MODEL SUPPORT
- Experience of Operating Model implementation in a modern Shared Services/Global Business Services or operational policing environment.
- Experience of working in a large, complex, highly pressured organisation with tight time constraints.
- Desirable: Knowledge of rostering systems
- Working in a policing environment
