Role Description: This is a full-time/part-time position on-site at the clients\’ houses in Essex, for a Complex Care Support Worker. The Support Worker will provide personalized care to young clients with complex needs, including assisting with personal care, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, swimming, rehabilitation, and emotional support. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal care and support skills
• Must have a UK driving licence
• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
• Experience in administering medication and monitoring health conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Empathy, patience, and emotional support skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 6 months current experience in a healthcare setting
