As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work with product and growth teams to develop launches, campaigns and user experiences to change how the next generation of users engage with traditional markets. You will drive the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle campaigns, and product positioning for our client's newly built platform focused on stocks and equities trading.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling messaging that highlights accessibility, low fees, superior user experience, and cross-asset trading capabilities, while owning positioning and creative briefs.
  • Identify user personas (e.g., crypto-first investors, fintech enthusiasts, traditional traders) and craft tailored journeys to drive user acquisition at target cost-per-acquisition (CAC).
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, such as fractional shares, commission-free trading, and securities lending.
  • Design integrated campaigns across email, in-app, paid media, content, and influencer channels to boost adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and engagement, with user acquisition teams executing.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to shape positioning and inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop lifecycle and retention campaigns to encourage trading activity, repeat engagement, and product education.
  • Collaborate with product, CRM, user acquisition, design, partnerships, media, and communications teams for seamless launches and sustained adoption across crypto and equities ecosystems.
  • Work with the Head of Growth and Product to set KPIs for funnel metrics, retention, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of product marketing experience, ideally with a background in stocks or equities trading.
  • Proven success launching and scaling B2C products or platforms, driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling narratives.
  • Highly collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in marketing analytics and user research.
  • Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
  • Bonus: Crypto-native or familiar with community-driven growth strategies.
