The Digital Adoption Platform Specialist will support the implementation and maintenance of WalkMe, ensuring its successful adoption across Digital Realty's enterprise applications. Acting as the primary backup and support for the Head of Digital Adoption Platform, this role will assist in deployment, training, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
