If so, we have the perfect role for you!, GXO are currently recruiting for a Control Room Technician to take responsibility for coordinating customers’ orders, ensuring cut-off times are achieved, and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all pick lists are produced in a timely manner., * Organise and monitor the order flow to make sure orders are being picked and shipped to meet their cut off times

Manage and investigate any allocation shortages to make sure orders are being fulfilled to meet customer satisfaction

Participate in regular reviews of the Control room processes, the maintenance and review of SOP’s and Risk Assessments

gain exceptional system knowledge and provide continuous onsite system support, being the first point of contact with any system troubleshooting

Understanding of Manhattan WMS is preferred, however, training is provided

Experience of working within an administrative capacity, in a logistics environment would be a big tick for us but not essential.

Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, you will be working nights, 4 on 4 off, covering the hours of 7pm-7am, We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,080 (including night shift allowance) per annum and 23 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
