Job Purpose: To travel to various locations assisting in the day-to-day operational requirements of the kitchen or dining centre, including basic food preparation, serving all foods in compliance with the School Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning
  • Maintenance
  • Checking of equipment
  • Collection, reconciliation, and banking of Highland Council monies
