Senior Operations Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Operations Manager
to lead and optimize our commercial solar PV operations. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale solar projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing O&M (Operations & Maintenance) across multiple sites. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Lead operational strategy and delivery of commercial solar PV projects. Oversee project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and handover. Manage cross-functional project teams, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field technicians. Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across all projects. Collaborate with sales & finance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project scope and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, as well as industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, HSE). Oversee the O&M strategy for installed systems, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budget adherence, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement, sustainability practices, and innovation in operations and technology. Mentor and develop junior managers and staff to build a high-performance operations team. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of progressive experience in solar PV, with at least 3+ years in a senior operations or leadership role. Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial (C&I) scale solar projects (500 kW to multi-MW). Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, BOS (Balance of System) components, and grid interconnection requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors and vendors. Exceptional organizational, budgeting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Familiarity with HSE practices, ISO standards, and quality control systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
