Part-time Network Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance to ensure system availability, reliability, and security.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Support the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct regular health checks and preventive maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Accurately log, document, and update all technical issues and resolutions in accordance with internal service protocols.
• Collaborate with the line manager and perform other IT-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience or relevant training in IT support or network administration.
• Familiarity with network hardware and troubleshooting tools.
• Basic understanding of routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required for internal communication and documentation purposes.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as required.
