Job Title: Site Manager – Sainsbury\’s Hartlepool Location: Hartlepool TS26 Start Date: 23th June 2025 Duration: 4 WEEK Monday 23/6/25 – Thursday 26/6/25 (Nights) – 4 x nights – 8pm – 5am Monday 30/6/25 – Thursday 3/7/25 (Nights) – 4 x nights – 8pm – 5am Sunday 6/7/25 – Monday 7/7/25 (Days) – 8am – 6pm – Day shift Monday 14/7/25 – Thursday 17/7/25 (Nights) – 4 x night shifts – 8pm – 5am Project Overview: We’re hiring a Site Manager to oversee the refurb of a Sainsburys. Key Requirement – Sainsbury\’s/Retail Experience is Essential: Only candidates with proven experience working on Sainsburys projects will be considered. Please do not apply if you haven’t worked on Sainsbury sites before. Certifications Required: * SMSTS * CSCS BLACK or WHITE * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Marshall * Hot Works (can be completed online) About You: * You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live Sainsburys store environment. * You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. * You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors. Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements. * Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
