CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Core tasks and duties :
- Establish and manage relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations
- Negotiate efficient partnership agreements, leveraging knowledge of industry standards and the Culted brand to drive discussions
- Meet set targets by closing deals
- Communicate partner needs and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and in budget
- Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the fashion, music and lifestyle industry that can be leveraged in partner activations
- Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences
- Produce monthly forecasting reports
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
The successful candidate :
- Five or more years of experience in sales with proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends
- Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok
- Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
- Is active on LinkedIn and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times
- Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity
- Has professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors
Skills :
- You will be a natural target focused closer of deals
- Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Keynote, etc.
- Outstanding organisational and well-developed time management skills
- Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
- Project and campaign management skills
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
- Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
The role comes with a competitive compensation package according to experience and performance.
This role will be based full time from CULTED’s office. You will be required to attend productions, events and occasional work trips.
