The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and by account prior to each sales campaign.
Book in all wholesale appointments for each sales campaign ensuring all key accounts and existing customers are booked in.
Lead and run all wholesale appointments (digitally and in person).
Ensure all information needed is passed on to retailers in order to receive sales orders in a timely manner.
Receive and collate all wholesale orders and file them in a format that is easy to share with each brand.
Ensure each retailer's terms are negotiated as best as possible to ensure each brand is protected in terms of sell through guarantees and trade discounts.
Ensure all feedback, good and bad, is noted and collated to be shared with each brand.
Oversee and ensure the sales order overview is kept up to date and accurate.
Ensure each new account is successfully set up with the relevant brand in a timely and organised manner.
Build and present end of season sales report that can be shared internally and with brand partners.
Support where needed to ensure shipments go out in a timely manner.
Liaise with the relevant PR, Marketing and Comms teams and connect brand and retailer to maximise all sales opportunities.
Seek out and develop commercial opportunities including exclusives, capsules and collaboration projects for the brands in the portfolio.
Oversee weekly sell through reports across top stores and collate information to be presented in weekly sell through report.
Review weekly sell through report to identify any opportunities or concerns to be shared with the brand and acted upon.
Work closely with each brand and ensure fluid flow of communication across email, in-person & video call catch ups.
Build up strong personal relationships with each brand.
Source and book global showrooms and all fixtures, models and any further organisation needed.
Identify trunk show opportunities globally and implement.
Manage Master Database to ensure it is kept up to date, accurate and secure.
Ensure wholesale files are organised and easy to navigate on the dropbox.
Build and maintain key relationships with retailers.
This candidate will have the following experience:
- 5+ years in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary BENELUX wholesale.
- Experience internationally.
- Excellent understanding of excel.
- Independent and can manage own schedule, travel and diary.
- Experience in managing a team or team member.
