Client VANRATH are recruiting a Programme Manager for a major organisation based in Greater Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to play a key role, at this point in the organisations transformation. Project: Restructuring a Directorate. The Ideal Person The Programme Director is seeking a hands-on individual with at least 7 years experience to assist in prioritising, defining and driving delivery of the projects roadmap Highly developed change management skills underpinned by theory and experience of successfully managing change including service improvement and modernisation. Demonstrate evidence of personal responsibility for achieving significant measurable business improvements, at an organisational level, across a range of management activities in pursuit of strategic corporate objectives. Demonstrate evidence of financial budgetary management. Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of an enterprise-scale solutions Ensure that Programme and Project methodologies are rigorously applied to all aspects of the Programme. Responsible for alignment of project progress against business case objectives/strategy. Leads the on-going monitoring and review of the programme for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised. Remuneration: £62k plus holiday pay and pension.
