Vanrath are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a Belfast based company for a Treatment Co-Ordinator. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm £13.
About your next employer:
The postholder will be at the forefront of customer services dealing with the public at reception desk and by telephone.
What you'll do:
- Replying to patient enquiries via email and phone
- Supporting the clinical team
- Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators
- Communicating effectively with new and existing patients
- Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey
- Managing diary appointments and treatment plans
- General administrative duties
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Dealing with Lab work both coming in and out of the clinic
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers
- Coordinating meetings, clinical events and open evenings
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
